Cilantro Lime Sauce

Ingredients: 1 bunch cilantro; Juice of 1 lime; 1 avocado; 2 TBSP plain greek or coconut yogurt; 2 gloves garlic; Salt & pepper to taste; Water to thin (if desired, for more of a dressing consistency)

This sauce is bright, creamy, and flavorful. I love adding it to top tacos, eggs, or using it as a salad dressing!
