Cook noodles according to package instructions. Run under cold water after straining. Chop all vegetables & cilantro. Make the dressing: mix tahini, lime, sriracha, maple syrup, tamari, ginger, garlic, rice vinegar, and salt. Combine cold noodles with chopped veggies and slivered almonds.
